Who is hiding the truth about UFOs?
In 1980, the international organization of ufologists ICUFON published a Memorandum justifying the need to create a world Agency for space Affairs to perform the following tasks: to carry out international control and monitoring of UFO activities around the world; to find ways to establish contacts with the forces directing the activities of UFOs; to prevent any hostile actions against UFOs by the armed forces of the Agency’s member countries; to use the discoveries resulting from contacts with UFOs to accelerate progress and improve life in all countries. The Memorandum cited various examples of actions by US government agencies aimed at silencing and hiding data on the UFO problem from the public. In 1988, the head of the ICUFON, von Kevitsky, drafted and sent a new Memorandum to the representatives of all UN member States containing 350 declassified documents describing 140 classic UFO cases.
